THERAPY FOR MEN & COUPLES - TEXAS

You don’t have to carry it the way you were taught to.

A place for men and couples to slow down, say the hard thing out loud, and build something steadier — at home, at work, and in yourself.

Who I Work With

Men

For the man who handles everything and talks about very little. Anger that comes out sideways, stress you’ve been told to push through, fatherhood, burnout, grief, or the sense that something has to change and you’re not sure where to start.

Couples

For partners stuck in the same argument, drifting into roommate mode, rebuilding after a breach of trust, or navigating a big transition. We look at the pattern between you — not just who’s right.

What therapy here is like

Direct, practical, and grounded in where you come from.

01

We talk straight

No jargon and no endless nodding. You’ll get honest reflections and clear tools you can use the same week.

02

We Look at the system

As a family therapist, I pay attention to the relationships and family patterns that shaped you — not just the symptom in front of us.

03

Your culture belongs here

Faith, family loyalty, money, being the one everyone leans on — none of it gets left at the door. It’s part of the work.

FIRST GENERATION HEALER

If you’re the first in your family to try therapy, you’re not doing anything wrong—you’re being brave. As a first-generation college graduate and third-generation Mexican American, I know what it takes to go first. Whether it’s graduating, moving away, coming out, starting a business, or seeking help, going first means navigating unknown territory, making choices others may not understand, and carrying expectations and doubt. Give yourself credit: your courage opens new possibilities for your family and reshapes what they see as possible. It’s okay to recognize the difficulty and be proud of how far you’ve come.

How to get started

Step 1 Book a Free Call

Fifteen minutes to tell me what’s going on and ask anything. No pressure to commit.

If it feels like a fit, we’ll set a time — in person in Lubbock or online anywhere in Texas.

Step 2 Schedule

Step 3 Start the Work

We’ll name what you want to be different and build a plan to get there, at a pace that works for you.

Ready when you are. Reaching out is the first step.
